Leadership for the double transition: the perspective of the healthcare sector
Regina Lenart – Dyrektor Instytutu Spraw Publicznych UJ, profesor w Katedrze Zarządzania Instytucjami Szkolnictwa Wyższego na Wydziale Zarządzania i Komunikacji Społecznej Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego. Specjalizuje się w zarządzaniu strategicznym w sektorze publicznym, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zarządzania wiedzą, organizacyjnego uczenia się oraz crowdsourcingu.
Jest kierowniczką i realizatorką wielu projektów badawczych finansowanych m.in. przez Narodowe Centrum Nauki (SONATA, OPUS), Ministerstwo Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego oraz środki unijne. Członkini Komisji Zarządzania Kulturą i Mediami Polskiej Akademii Umiejętności. Stypendystka nagrody Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego za wybitne osiągnięcia (2019–2022), laureatka nagrody Naukowiec Przyszłości w kategorii „Badania przyszłości”.
Regina Lenart – Director of the Institute of Public Affairs at the Jagiellonian University, professor at the Department of Higher Education Institution Management, Faculty of Management and Social Communication, Jagiellonian University. Her research focuses on strategic management in the public sector, particularly knowledge management, organizational learning, and crowdsourcing.
She has led and participated in numerous research projects funded by the National Science Centre (SONATA, OPUS), the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and the European Union. Member of the Committee on Cultural and Media Management of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences. Recipient of the Minister of Science and Higher Education Award for outstanding achievements (2019–2022) and laureate of the Scientist of the Future award in the category “Research of the Future.”
