Sonia Szramek-Karcz – doktor, lingwistka i badaczka emocji, absolwentka Uniwersytetu Śląskiego oraz Université d’Artois we Francji. Autorka projektu naukowo-dydaktycznego Planeta Soni (wcześniej Languages and Emotions), w którym łączy wiedzę o języku i emocjach z praktyką wspierania rozwoju człowieka.
Badając zjawisko dwujęzyczności zamierzonej, odkryła kluczową rolę emocji rodziców w harmonijnym wzrastaniu dzieci. Jej zainteresowania naukowe koncentrują się na mechanizmach regulacji układu nerwowego oraz wpływie emocji na równowagę psychiczną i fizjologiczną organizmu. Swoje badania i działalność lokuje w paradygmacie teorii poliwagalnej prof. Stephena Porgesa.
Sonia Szramek-Karcz –doctor, linguist and emotion researcher, graduate of the University of Silesia and Université d’Artois in France. Author of the scientific and educational project Sonia’s Planet (formerly Languages and Emotions), in which she combines knowledge about language and emotions with the practice of supporting human development.
While researching the phenomenon of intentional bilingualism, she discovered the key role of parents’ emotions in the harmonious growth of children. Her scientific interests focus on the mechanisms of nervous system regulation and the impact of emotions on the mental and physiological balance of the body. Her research and activities are based on Prof. Stephen Porges’ polyvagal theory paradigm.
