Tomasz Maciejewski – Dyrektor Instytutu Matki i Dziecka w Warszawie, ginekolog, położnik i perinatolog. Autor licznych publikacji naukowych i książek z zakresu ginekologii, położnictwa, zdrowia publicznego i innowacji medycznych. W swojej pracy łączy perspektywę kliniczną z nowoczesnymi technologiami – stworzył pierwszy w Polsce Dział ds. AI i Innowacji Technologicznych w publicznym instytucie ochrony zdrowia.
Jest inicjatorem konkursu Mother and Child Startup Challenge oraz liderem grupy ds. innowacji w szpitalnictwie przy NIL IN – Sieci Lekarzy Innowatorów. Aktywnie działa w gremiach eksperckich, m.in. w Polskim Towarzystwie Ginekologów i Położników, Rządowej Radzie Ludnościowej, Radzie Ekspertów Rzecznika Praw Pacjenta i zespołach ds. zarządzania szpitalami. Współtworzył rekomendacje dotyczące FAS i FASD, angażuje się także w prace nad systemem kompensacji zdarzeń medycznych.
Tomasz Maciejewski – Director of the Mother and Child Institute in Warsaw, gynecologist, obstetrician and perinatologist. Author of numerous scientific publications and books in obstetrics, gynecology, public health and medical innovations. In his professional work, he combines clinical expertise with new technologies – he established the first AI and Technological Innovation Department in a public healthcare research institution in Poland.
He is the initiator of the Mother and Child Startup Challenge and leader of the Hospital Innovation Working Group at NIL IN – the Network of Innovative Doctors. Actively engaged in expert bodies, including the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians, the Government Population Council, the Expert Council of the Patient Rights Ombudsman, and hospital management teams. He co-authored national recommendations on FAS and FASD and contributes to the development of the Medical Event Compensation Fund system.
