Ülle Ernits (doktor nauk) – pełni funkcję rektora Tallinn Health Care College od 2005 roku, a od 1991 roku jest wykładowczynią pielęgniarstwa. Uzyskała tytuł magistra nauk społecznych (2001), doktora nauk o zdrowiu (2018) oraz ukończyła studia magisterskie z teologii i religioznawstwa (2025). Jej badania koncentrują się na rozwoju zawodowym pielęgniarek oraz na rozumieniu i wspieraniu potrzeb religijnych i społecznych pacjentów. Jest współopiekunem prac doktorskich i magisterskich, a w ostatnich latach skupia się na nauczaniu metodologii systematycznych przeglądów literatury. Łączy praktykę opartą na dowodach naukowych z holistyczną, zorientowaną na pacjenta opieką.
Ülle Ernits (PhD) – has served as the Rector of Tallinn Health Care College since 2005 and has been an educator in nursing since 1991. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences (2001), a PhD in Health Sciences (2018), and completed a Master’s in Theology and Religious Studies (2025). Her research focuses on the professional development of nurses and on understanding and supporting patients’ religion-related and social needs. She has co-supervised doctoral theses and a master’s thesis on religion in nursing and midwifery. Recently, she has concentrated on teaching systematic literature review methodology. Her work integrates evidence-based practice with holistic, patient-centered care.
