Monika Ryndzionek – pedagożka, badaczka procesów uczenia się dorosłych, trenerka, mentorka i coachka. Ekspertka ds. równości płci w Krajowym Punkcie Kontaktowym ds. Programów Badawczych UE (NCBR), gdzie wspiera instytucje we wdrażaniu Planów Równości Płci oraz włączaniu perspektywy płci do projektów badawczo-innowacyjnych.
Autorka publikacji z pogranicza pedagogiki i socjologii edukacji, w tym książek „Transgresyjne trajektorie” (2011) oraz „Kobiety w związkach intymnych” (2017). Prowadzi szkolenia z komunikacji, zarządzania różnorodnością i przeciwdziałania dyskryminacji.
Monika Ryndzionek – educator, researcher of adult learning processes, trainer, mentor and coach. Expert on gender equality at the National Contact Point for EU Research Programmes (NCBiR), where she supports institutions in implementing Gender Equality Plans and incorporating a gender perspective into research and innovation projects.
Author of publications on pedagogy and the sociology of education, including the books Transgressive Trajectories (2011) and Women in Intimate Relationships (2017). She conducts training courses on communication, diversity management and anti-discrimination.
